Persistent moist southerly flow and frequent thunderstorm activity across South Florida are anchoring overnight lows in the mid-70s for Miami on September 23, consistent with National Weather Service forecasts showing 75–77°F. This aligns with the market’s leading outcomes of 76–77°F (35.5%) and 78–79°F (25.5%), reflecting typical late-September climatology where average lows hover near 76–77°F amid high humidity and minimal diurnal cooling from cloud cover and rain-cooled air. Model consensus from recent runs indicates no significant frontal passages or drier air intrusions in the next 48 hours that would push temperatures lower, while elevated precipitable water values support the wet pattern sustaining these readings. Updated National Hurricane Center and local NWS briefings through September 22 will provide the next key inputs on any steering pattern shifts.
