Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent influx of cooler northerly air under a strengthening high-pressure system has driven daytime highs in Seoul and Incheon down 2–4 °C from recent peaks near 31 °C, with official Korea Meteorological Administration guidance and model consensus pointing to an overnight low of 19–20 °C. Northeasterly winds of 7–11 kt, partly cloudy skies, and dew points near 12–14 °C support moderate radiative cooling without significant further drop, aligning with the market’s heavy weighting toward 20 °C (69.5 % implied probability) and 19 °C (28 %). KMA station data through late afternoon on September 9 show temperatures already falling toward 21–22 °C, consistent with these thresholds; any deviation would require unexpected clear-sky intensification or wind shift before dawn.
