Anastasia Bertacchi enters the ITF W15 Monastir hard-court match with stronger recent form, including straight-set victories in the prior rounds against Luciana Moyano and Masha Lazarenko. The 19-year-old Italian holds a WTA ranking near 822 and has compiled an 8-1 doubles record alongside solid singles results on the surface. Romy De Baene, an 18-year-old Belgian with an ITF junior ranking around 1108 and limited senior experience, has shown inconsistent results in the same event series. No prior head-to-head exists, making the contest a test of Bertacchi’s established hard-court rhythm and ranking edge against De Baene’s developmental stage and potential for competitive sets on the outdoor courts.
