Matteo Sciahbasi, a 19-year-old Italian, faces 21-year-old countryman Massimo Giunta in the second round of the ITF M25 Caltanissetta on clay. Giunta holds a career-high ATP ranking near 506 and has competed regularly in higher-level Challenger events this season, while Sciahbasi operates at a much lower ITF ranking tier with limited senior experience. Both players are right-handers competing on their home surface, where recent results show Giunta maintaining competitive form in similar M25 and Challenger clay draws. No confirmed injuries or withdrawals affect either side entering the match, leaving the sizable ranking and experience gap as the primary driver of current trader positioning in this encounter.
