Trader consensus clusters around mid-70s highs for Denver on September 17 due to scattered thunderstorm forecasts that introduce cooling via cloud cover, evaporative effects, and reduced solar insolation. Official guidance from sources like Denver7 and Weather Atlas indicates 75–79°F with 37–45% precipitation chances tied to afternoon convection, while model spreads reflect uncertainty in storm timing and intensity. This aligns with seasonal transition patterns where average September highs decline toward 74°F, amplified by variable moisture and steering winds. Updated National Weather Service model runs and radar trends over the next 48 hours will refine these probabilities ahead of market resolution.
