Recent National Weather Service forecasts and supporting model guidance indicate a high near 101°F for Dallas on September 8 under sunny skies, light southeast winds, and elevated humidity that supports heat indices above 105°F. This aligns with an ongoing early-September heat pattern featuring multiple days at or above 100°F, driven by persistent high pressure and southerly flow across North Texas. The 69.5% market-implied probability for 100-101°F reflects trader consensus around these official projections, while lower odds for 102°F+ or sub-100°F outcomes account for minor forecast variability and the small chance of afternoon convection. Historical September averages near 92°F underscore the anomalous warmth, though no major model shifts have emerged in the latest updates.
