This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Buckley Space Force Base Station in degrees Fahrenheit on 25 Aug '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=kbkf This market will resolve off of the Hourly Data provided using the "Show Hourly Data" button. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to US Units w/ kts" button until the relevant table displays °F. This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Fahrenheit (eg, 21°F). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private sources project a Tuesday high in Denver near 85–89°F, with mostly sunny morning conditions giving way to a 30–40% chance of afternoon thunderstorms. This convective activity creates the primary uncertainty, as earlier or more widespread storms could limit insolation and cap the daily maximum, while delayed development would allow temperatures to climb higher. Recent cooling from mid-90s readings on August 23–24 aligns with a modest trough influence, and the historical average high of 85.9°F provides baseline context. The tight market clustering between the 86–87°F and 88–89°F bins (combined ~67.5% implied probability) reflects this narrow range of outcomes driven by storm timing and boundary-layer moisture rather than large-scale temperature advection. Updated model runs and real-time radar trends will refine expectations ahead of the daily peak.
