Recent India Meteorological Department forecasts for Lucknow project a maximum of 33°C on September 11 amid partly cloudy skies with possible drizzle, consistent with broader model runs showing 31–33°C highs. Persistent monsoon moisture, elevated humidity near 70–85%, and increasing thunderstorm chances are limiting daytime solar heating and suppressing peaks relative to clearer conditions earlier in the week. Traders weigh these factors against historical September averages around 34°C, noting that even modest shifts in cloud cover or rainfall timing could tip the daily high between 31°C and 33°C. Updated IMD guidance and short-range model runs remain the key near-term catalysts.
