SpaceX's June 2026 IPO at roughly $1.77 trillion, which quickly exceeded $2 trillion in trading, underpins the narrow 55.2% implied probability favoring it over OpenAI for higher IPO market cap. Traders weigh SpaceX's audited Starlink revenue growth, reusable launch economics, and xAI integration against OpenAI's $852 billion private valuation from its March 2026 round and confidential SEC filing that now points toward a possible 2027 debut. Market volatility after SpaceX's debut and Sam Altman's noted reluctance for public-company oversight have introduced timing and valuation uncertainty, keeping odds close despite OpenAI's AI revenue momentum. Key catalysts include OpenAI's next funding updates or formal S-1 details that could test whether its large language model capabilities support a trillion-dollar-plus listing.

Resolution will be based on the primary exchange’s official listing page. In the event that the relevant figure is not displayed, another reliable source will be used.
In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on the respective companies’ first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading.
