Official National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble models project Miami's minimum temperature on September 11 near 79–81°F, driven by persistent high humidity with dew points in the upper 70s and widespread cloud cover from diurnal thunderstorms that limit overnight radiational cooling. Easterly flow and tropical moisture typical of late summer sustain these elevated minima, consistent with the recent pattern of 74–80°F lows. Close market probabilities between 78–81°F bins reflect minor forecast spreads in storm timing and coverage, while lower outcomes remain improbable absent an unseasonal cold front and higher bins align more with daytime maxima than the daily minimum.
