Incumbent Republican Lloyd Smucker faces Democratic challenger Nancy Mannion in Pennsylvania’s 11th congressional district, a seat covering conservative areas including Lancaster County and southern York County with an R+11 partisan voting index. Smucker advanced unopposed through the May 2026 Republican primary and holds strong incumbency advantages in a district that has consistently favored Republican candidates by wide margins in recent cycles. Trader consensus reflected in the current prices attributes the heavy Republican tilt to these structural factors and limited Democratic momentum, with the November 3, 2026 general election still months away and no major developments reported that would alter the competitive landscape.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
