Official National Weather Service forecasts for Denver on September 13 project a high near 93°F under mostly sunny skies, light southeast winds, and only a 20% chance of afternoon thunderstorms, positioning 94-95°F as the market leader at 59% implied probability. This aligns with current model consensus showing above-average warmth for mid-September, driven by southerly flow and clear conditions that maximize daytime solar heating at Denver’s 5,280-foot elevation. Recent stability in guidance over the past 24 hours has reinforced trader focus on the 92-97°F range, while low precipitation odds limit cooling from cloud cover or storms; historical averages near 80°F underscore the anomaly but also the inherent spread in short-range temperature predictions.
