Forecast models from NOAA and regional sources project a high of 68–72°F in San Francisco on September 13 under sunny skies and moderate westerly onshore flow, which typically caps temperatures through marine layer advection. This aligns with the 70–71°F bin holding 57.5% implied probability, near the long-term September 13 average of 70.8°F. Recent cooling after early-month heat peaks near 94°F has reinforced expectations of typical late-summer moderation, with light winds and clear conditions limiting afternoon warming. Updated model runs showing minimal deviation keep the 68–69°F and 72–73°F outcomes as secondary contenders, reflecting low forecast uncertainty on resolution day.
