Incumbent Republican Nicole Malliotakis holds a strong position in the NY-11 race, backed by the district's consistent Republican lean in Staten Island and southern Brooklyn areas, her unopposed primary, and established fundraising and name recognition ahead of the November 2026 general election. Democratic nominee Michael DeCillis advanced from the June primary but faces structural challenges in a seat that has favored Republicans in recent cycles. A failed early-2026 redistricting lawsuit, ultimately blocked by the U.S. Supreme Court, preserved the existing map and limited any shift in competitive dynamics. Trader pricing at roughly 90% for the Republican Party reflects these baseline partisan and incumbency factors, with limited recent polling or campaign developments altering the outlook.
