The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Buckley Space Force Base Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/co/aurora/KBKF. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until all data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Fahrenheit (eg, 21°F). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket favors a high temperature of 54°F or higher in Denver at 69% implied probability, aligned with National Weather Service (NWS) guidance forecasting mid-50s highs below the April 17 climatological normal of 62°F. This positioning stems from the breakdown of a recent upper-level ridge over the past 48 hours, allowing a cold front to approach from the north, introducing cooler 500 mb temperatures around -20°C, northerly winds, and scattered clouds that limit solar heating. A Freeze Watch issued for the evening of April 17 through early April 18 confirms strong cold air advection overnight. Model ensembles from NOAA show consensus highs of 52-58°F, though frontal timing introduces uncertainty; monitor NWS Boulder afternoon updates for refinements ahead of resolution at Denver International Airport.
