Incumbent Democratic Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez is seeking a third term in the competitive WA-03 district, which carries a slight Republican lean. She holds a clear fundraising edge, reporting $3.5 million cash on hand after raising over $1.3 million in the first quarter of 2026 compared with leading Republican challenger John Braun’s roughly $1 million. Braun, the state Senate minority leader endorsed by former President Trump, announced his candidacy in 2025 and tops several head-to-head polls from earlier in the cycle. Washington’s August 4 top-two primary remains the next key milestone before the November 3 general election. Trader pricing reflects Perez’s incumbency and resource advantages in a toss-up seat while acknowledging the viability of a unified Republican challenge.
