**Trader consensus at 100% for -1°C or below stems from confirmed early-morning observations at Buenos Aires stations, including reports of 0°C/-1°C dew points and surface readings near or below freezing under clear skies and calm conditions.** A strong high-pressure system and southerly cold-air advection have driven radiative cooling overnight, pushing minimums well below seasonal averages for mid-September. Official monitoring data align with this outcome, leaving little room for revision unless later verification adjusts the daily low upward. With the day advancing and no warmer air mass expected, the market-implied odds reflect near-certainty based on verified measurements rather than forecasts.
