Recent forecast consensus from multiple models points to peak daytime heating in Taipei on September 13 under easterly flow, partly cloudy skies, and low precipitation probability, positioning 33–34°C as the most probable maximum. Stable subtropical conditions with moderate humidity and limited cloud cover during midday hours support surface temperatures reaching the low-to-mid 30s Celsius, consistent with climatological norms for early autumn. Model outputs cluster tightly around this range, with minimal disagreement on steering patterns or intensification of any transient moisture. Traders appear to weigh these stable atmospheric factors heavily, assigning nearly half the probability to 34°C while discounting higher outliers absent stronger insolation or blocking highs. Official Central Weather Administration observations will resolve the market once peak values are recorded.
