Recent official forecasts and numerical weather models indicate a high near 28–29°C for Busan on September 12 under mostly clear skies, light northeasterly winds of 10–15 km/h, and negligible rain chances below 5%. These conditions align with late-summer high-pressure dominance over the Korean Peninsula, producing modest daytime warming without significant cloud cover or moisture to moderate temperatures. Current observations on September 11 show afternoon readings around 27–28°C with similar patterns holding into the next day, while historical September averages near 26°C provide a baseline that current data exceed slightly. Model consensus leaves limited room for 30°C if peak insolation aligns perfectly, explaining the market's tight clustering on 29°C and 30°C outcomes ahead of final KMA verification.
