**Market-implied odds strongly favor an 18°C minimum in Busan on September 12, 2026, driven by consensus from numerical weather models and official guidance projecting overnight radiative cooling under clear skies and light easterly winds.** Recent observations from the Korea Meteorological Administration show daytime highs near 28°C with dew points in the mid-teens Celsius, supporting efficient nighttime temperature drops to around this threshold amid stable high pressure. This aligns with climatological norms for mid-September in the region, where September minima typically range 17–20°C. The market’s tight clustering reflects trader confidence in these forecasts, though shifts in cloud cover, increased humidity, or stronger winds could raise the minimum above 18°C before official daily verification.
