Latest forecasts for Cape Town on September 13 point to a mild spring day with afternoon highs likely reaching 22–24°C, supported by moderate solar heating under partly cloudy skies and light variable winds. Scattered showers or thunderstorms in some model runs could cap temperatures near 22°C by limiting insolation, while clearer intervals favor peaks near 24–25°C. These conditions sit above the long-term September average of roughly 18°C, reflecting warmer-than-typical spring patterns. Trader sentiment clusters around 23–24°C because ensemble guidance shows only modest spread in peak readings, with resolution hinging on final observed maximum from official South African Weather Service stations.
