**Current forecast models from sources including the Japan Meteorological Agency and GFS consensus point to a daily maximum of 26–28°C in Tokyo on September 13 under mostly cloudy skies with light southerly winds and only isolated morning drizzle.** This range aligns closely with the market’s heaviest weighting on 27°C (41.5%) and 26°C (26.0%), followed by 28°C (15.5%). Persistent cloud cover and rainfall through September 12 have moderated temperatures after earlier warmth, but a gradual clearing trend and southerly flow on the 13th support modest warming without pushing into the low 30s. Historical September climatology shows average daily maxima near 27–28°C, providing context for why traders see little probability mass below 25°C or above 29°C. Official resolution will use the Japan Meteorological Agency’s recorded maximum at the Tokyo station, so any late-model adjustments to cloud cover or wind direction could shift the exact value within the narrow 26–28°C band that dominates current implied probabilities.
