Nicole Cannizzaro secured the Democratic nomination in the June 2026 primary with roughly 61 percent of the vote after serving as Nevada Senate Majority Leader and a former Clark County prosecutor. Adriana Guzmán Fralick advanced as the Republican nominee with about 60 percent in her primary, backed by endorsements including from President Trump and drawing on prior roles such as chair of the state Cannabis Compliance Board and general counsel to a former governor. The open seat stems from term limits on incumbent Democrat Aaron Ford, who is running for governor. Trader pricing reflects Nevada’s recent statewide voting patterns favoring Democrats in attorney general contests, Cannizzaro’s legislative profile and primary margin, and the absence of major late developments that would alter the implied probabilities ahead of the November 3 general election.
