United Russia holds a commanding lead in the Amur Oblast Legislative Assembly election market due to its sweep of all 18 single-mandate districts and roughly 60% support in the proportional party-list vote during the September 18–20 voting period. This outcome aligns with the party's national performance in concurrent federal elections and reflects its structural advantages in candidate registration, district organization, and regional governance continuity. Other parties, including the CPRF and LDPR, trail significantly in both vote shares and seat projections. Trader consensus at 99% for United Russia as the party winner accounts for the decisive margins already reported, though final certification or any procedural disputes in the remaining counts could theoretically alter the seat tally before resolution.
