Current forecasts from regional models indicate a minimum temperature in Busan near 19–20°C on September 24, driven by persistent high pressure and northeasterly flow along the North Pacific High’s western edge that favors clear skies and moderate radiative cooling overnight. Coastal location moderates extremes through sea-breeze influence and higher humidity, while the large diurnal range—daytime highs near 27–28°C—reflects typical late-September transition conditions. Trader sentiment remains nearly balanced between sub-13°C and 23°C+ thresholds because short-range model runs still show modest spread tied to exact cloud cover and wind timing, with the Korea Meteorological Administration’s next updated guidance expected to narrow resolution criteria before market close. Historical averages for the date cluster around 17–20°C lows, underscoring why intermediate outcomes near 16–22°C command secondary liquidity.
