Recent National Weather Service and model guidance point to a cool northeast flow behind a frontal passage, with breezy conditions and lingering showers expected to suppress overnight lows into the upper 50s to low 60s on September 20. This setup, following several warmer days with highs near 75°F, has shifted trader focus toward the 62–67°F range as the most probable daily minimum, reflecting consensus on modest cooling without a sharp cold-air outbreak. Cloud cover and elevated dew points should limit radiative cooling, while historical September averages near 57°F provide context for why sub-60°F outcomes remain discounted. Updated model runs and official forecasts through the evening of the 19th will be the next key inputs for refining these implied probabilities.
