The Moroccan legislative elections on September 23, 2026, for the 395-seat House of Representatives feature a fragmented field of 27 parties competing under a list-based proportional system without a national threshold. Trader consensus assigns PAM the highest implied probability at 61% to secure the most seats, ahead of RNI at 23.6% and PI at 6.3%, with remaining parties near negligible levels. This positioning reflects PAM’s active campaign emphasizing costed platforms on jobs, purchasing power, and youth integration, alongside reported coalition strains within the incumbent RNI-led government that have highlighted internal divisions. Recent candidate filings, the opening of the 13-day campaign period, and lingering effects from prior protests have kept attention on established parties’ territorial networks and voter mobilization capacity in the final weeks.
