Recent forecasts from the Meteorological Service Singapore and international models indicate a high of 32–33°C for September 5 under prevailing southwest monsoon conditions, with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies and minimal precipitation supporting surface heating. Singapore’s equatorial climate typically yields September maxima near 31.6°C, but the current dry spell and southeasterly flow have elevated daily highs toward the upper end of the 33–35°C range noted in early-month guidance. Low-level humidity and light winds limit extreme outliers, while model consensus shows little disagreement on peak afternoon values. Traders therefore assign the strongest implied probability to 33°C, with secondary weight on 32°C and only modest odds for 34°C or higher should localized clearing intensify insolation.
