Recent forecasts from the Pakistan Meteorological Department and international models indicate Karachi's minimum temperature on September 12 will likely settle near 24–26°C, driven by persistent high humidity, light westerly winds, and coastal sea-breeze moderation that limit nocturnal radiative cooling. This positioning underpins the market's tight contest between the 26°C outcome and cooler thresholds, with trader sentiment reflecting uncertainty over exact cloud cover and any early moisture influx. Historical September baselines average 25–26°C lows, while the approaching monsoon spell—expected to bring isolated showers from September 13—has not yet altered today's conditions. Updated PMD guidance and evening observations will refine resolution criteria tied to official station readings.
