The early stage of the 2027 Sinaloa gubernatorial race, more than a year before voting, keeps trader probabilities clustered as no party has finalized nominees and internal Morena polls remain fluid. Recent surveys show the ruling party holding around 38 percent statewide support ahead of opposition forces, yet multiple figures including Juan de Dios Gámez Mendívil, Mario Zamora Gastélum, Imelda Castro Castro, Paloma Sánchez Ramos, and María Fernanda Rivera register comparable positioning in available measurements. Ongoing cartel-related security challenges and federal statements on electoral preferences add volatility without yet shifting the broad field. Primary and nomination timelines, along with any late polling shifts or candidate withdrawals, could produce clearer separation among contenders.
