Recent National Weather Service and private model forecasts converge on sunny conditions and highs of 98–100°F for Dallas on September 6, driven by persistent high pressure, light southerly flow, and clear skies that maximize daytime heating amid above-normal early-September temperatures. This aligns with the market’s heaviest volume on 98–99°F (43%) and 100–101°F (24.5%), reflecting trader consensus around the upper-90s to low-100s range rather than the 92.5°F climatological average. Recent days have featured similar hot, dry setups with highs near or above 100°F, supporting elevated odds for the upper bins while limiting downside risk from cooler anomalies. Updated model runs and official briefings in the next 24–48 hours will provide the final resolution inputs.
