Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent meteorological forecasts from multiple European models indicate a daytime high of 16–18°C for Helsinki on September 7, 2026, with consensus clustering near 17°C under mild westerly flow and limited cloud cover. This drives the market’s emphasis on 17°C (42%) and 18°C (32.5%), as short-range numerical weather prediction exhibits high skill for temperature within 48 hours, supported by stable high-pressure influence and seasonal norms averaging 16.9°C. Minor model spread arises from variable boundary-layer mixing and potential weak frontal passages, creating the observed probability distribution while underscoring low overall uncertainty for this near-term resolution.
