Recent forecasts from meteorological sources including Yr.no, Hydrometeorological Center updates, and ensemble models indicate a daytime high of 19–20°C in Moscow on September 3 under mostly cloudy skies with light westerly winds and a modest chance of showers. This aligns closely with the 1991–2020 climatological average high of 19.0°C for the date and follows a brief warm spell reaching 25–26°C on September 1. Cooling is driven by a shift to Atlantic air masses, with models showing limited day-to-day variability and no strong signals for extremes. Market-implied probabilities, heaviest on 19–20°C outcomes, reflect this narrow forecast range and the typical resolution criteria based on official station maxima, while lower probabilities for 21°C+ or 18°C and below capture residual model spread ahead of final verification.
