If the specified company does not release quarterly earnings materials for the specified quarter by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market is Uber’s official company earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings. If the specified metric is not reported in these materials, recordings or transcripts of the company’s earnings webcast may also be used. Only the specified metric will be considered; alternate versions that differ in definition or scope from the specified metric will not be considered.Trader consensus on Polymarket prices a high implied probability for Uber's Q1 2026 trips exceeding 3.4 billion, driven by robust Q4 2025 results showing 3.75 billion trips—a 22% year-over-year increase—fueled by 18% growth in monthly active platform consumers and rising trips per user. Gross bookings guidance of $52-53.5 billion, implying 17-21% growth, signals sustained rideshare demand amid resilient consumer spending, though Q1 seasonality typically tempers sequential expansion from Q4 peaks. Key catalyst is the May 6 earnings release, where official trips data will resolve markets; analysts eye EPS around $0.69, with trips as a core growth metric amid competitive positioning against Lyft and DoorDash.
