Trader consensus around 25–29°C for Busan’s September 23 high reflects ensemble forecast spreads from models such as GFS and ECMWF, with 28°C edging ahead due to expected moderate onshore flow and partial cloud cover. Coastal location near the Korea Strait favors daytime heating moderated by sea-surface temperatures near 24–26°C, while the subtropical ridge position and any weak frontal passage introduce variability in afternoon maxima. Historical late-September climatology shows typical highs of 26–28°C, yet short-range uncertainty from potential typhoon remnants or enhanced moisture could shift outcomes toward 30°C or higher if subsidence strengthens, or cap them near 25°C with increased cloudiness. Updated model runs and KMA guidance in the next 48 hours will likely tighten the range.
