Recent meteorological forecasts for Busan on September 21 point to a high near 27–28°C under clear skies and moderate northeasterly winds, driven by a stable high-pressure pattern with minimal cloud cover and low precipitation risk. These conditions, typical for late September along the southeastern Korean coast where maritime influences moderate extremes, align closely with the market's leading 28°C outcome. Model consensus from sources like GFS shows limited warming potential beyond 29°C absent unexpected shifts in wind or insolation, while historical September highs averaging 25–27°C provide baseline context. Traders appear to weigh this evidence heavily, with probabilities reflecting low near-term forecast uncertainty two days out.
