**Latest National Weather Service forecasts for Miami point to a daytime high in the upper 80s on September 20, with scattered to likely afternoon thunderstorms limiting full insolation and introducing variability in peak readings.** Typical late-September conditions feature humid southerly flow, dew points in the mid-70s, and convective initiation by early afternoon that can cap temperatures through cloud cover and evaporative cooling. Model consensus and climatological normals near 89°F support the market's clustering around 86–89°F bins, where small shifts in storm timing or intensity—common in this regime—could easily differentiate outcomes between the 86–87°F and 88–89°F ranges. Official Miami International Airport observations will resolve the market, with any early-day clearing or delayed convection offering the main upside risk to 90°F+.
