National Weather Service forecasts for Los Angeles on September 13 point to a high near 80°F after morning patchy fog and low clouds clear under sunny skies and moderate southwest onshore flow, aligning with the market's strong consensus on 78-81°F outcomes. This setup reflects typical early-fall marine influence along the coast that caps daytime warming despite seasonal solar angles, with historical September averages near 82°F providing context for the modest readings. Model consensus shows limited spread, though slight variations in cloud timing or wind strength could shift the official high by a degree or two at downtown or airport stations used for resolution.
