Recent forecasts from Brazilian meteorological sources indicate a cooler-than-average day in São Paulo driven by persistent cloud cover, easterly winds, and a lingering moisture channel that has suppressed daytime warming. Official outlooks center the daily maximum between 16–18°C, with hourly data showing peaks near midday before temperatures decline. This aligns with the market's heaviest weighting on 18°C, followed by 19°C and 17°C, reflecting trader assessment of limited solar heating and model consensus on modest afternoon recovery. Historical September highs average near 24°C, underscoring how the current synoptic pattern has shifted probabilities downward; final readings from INMET stations will resolve the market once the daily maximum is confirmed.
