Current forecast models from sources including WeatherBug and AccuWeather point to a highest temperature of 24–26°C in Wuhan on September 18, driven by persistent cloud cover, scattered showers, and northeasterly flow following cooler, rainier conditions on the 17th. High humidity and reduced solar insolation from overcast skies limit daytime heating, while dew points near 18–20°C support moderated maxima compared with clearer late-summer baselines. Minor model differences in precipitation timing and wind strength create the tight spread among leading outcomes, with traders weighing the potential for brief clearing that could push readings toward 26°C versus steadier rain keeping them nearer 24°C. Updated guidance from the China Meteorological Administration ahead of the date will refine these probabilities.
