Recent forecasts for Busan on September 15 indicate a daytime high near 28–29°C under mostly cloudy skies and northeasterly flow, driving the market’s strong tilt toward those outcomes. Persistent cloud cover and modest moisture are expected to limit solar heating compared with clearer conditions earlier in the month, while regional model consensus from agencies including the Korea Meteorological Administration shows limited potential for stronger warming or significant cooling. Historical September maxima in Busan average around 26°C, providing context for why traders assign only modest probability to 30°C or higher. Updated numerical weather prediction runs overnight and early morning observations on the 15th will refine the final reading before market resolution.
