Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a warm, mostly clear day in Tokyo on September 14 driven by southerly winds and high pressure, positioning a daily maximum near 30–31°C as the leading outcomes with combined market-implied probability exceeding 75%. Official guidance highlights light precipitation chances under 20% and gusty afternoon winds that could moderate peaks, while historical September averages of 27–28°C provide context for the above-normal warmth. Model consensus remains tight on the upper 20s to low 30s range, though minor shifts in cloud cover or wind direction ahead of the close could favor 29°C or 32°C. Updated numerical weather predictions from agencies like the Japan Meteorological Agency will be key near-term catalysts.
