Forecast consensus from official sources points to a partly cloudy day with easterly winds around 4-5 m/s and high humidity near 65-80%, supporting trader focus on 31°C or 32°C as the most likely daily highs for Shenzhen. Brief showers or thunderstorms remain possible under the influence of the South Asian monsoon, which can limit afternoon heating and keep maxima near the long-term September average of about 31°C. Recent observations on September 15 showed peaks near 31-32°C with similar conditions, while model runs indicate limited intensification potential absent stronger solar heating or reduced cloud cover. Updated guidance from the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau highlights stable steering patterns through the 16th, with any resolution hinging on the extent of convective activity during peak daytime hours.
