Recent National Weather Service model guidance and observational trends point to a cool, rainy Sunday in Seattle, with morning showers and southerly flow limiting afternoon warming. Multiple forecasts converge on a daily high near 62–64°F—well below the 71°F September 13 climatological average—due to persistent cloud cover, light precipitation, and onshore marine influence. Trader emphasis on the 60–63°F brackets reflects this consensus, while slightly higher bins account for possible model underestimation if rain clears earlier than expected. Key resolution factors include the precise timing of shower cessation and maximum sustained readings at official stations before midnight.
