Recent forecasts from Singapore's Meteorological Service and international models indicate daily maximum temperatures of 32–34°C for September 25 amid prevailing southwest monsoon conditions, with localized afternoon thundery showers expected to moderate peak heating. Recent observations show the island running 1–2°C above the September climatological average high of 31.6°C, including multiple days exceeding 34°C earlier in the month. Trader consensus around 33°C reflects this elevated baseline tempered by increasing shower activity in the second half of September, which historically limits extremes through cloud cover and evaporative cooling. Official outlooks note potential for isolated 35°C readings but assign higher probability to the 32–34°C range given current steering patterns and humidity levels near 74–80%.
