Persistent easterly flow and elevated dew points near 78–80°F are limiting overnight radiative cooling in Miami, keeping minimum temperatures anchored in the upper 70s to low 80s for August 30. Multiple forecast models and National Weather Service guidance show lows near 80–83°F under partly cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms that reduce clear-sky heat loss. This aligns with the historical average low of 77.5°F yet reflects the current warm, humid regime without any strong frontal passages or drier air intrusions. Trader consensus around 78–81°F reflects the narrow uncertainty band typical of short-range summer forecasts, where small shifts in cloud cover or wind speed can swing the overnight low by a degree or two before official observations finalize the market.
