Latest India Meteorological Department forecasts indicate a maximum of 34°C for Lucknow on September 17 under partly cloudy skies with light rain possible, consistent with recent daily highs of 33–34°C that have run slightly above normal as monsoon rainfall tapers. Trader consensus, reflected in the tight 40% and 32.5% implied probabilities for 33°C and 34°C, centers on uncertainty from variable cloud cover and humidity that can suppress peak readings by 1°C compared with clearer conditions. Historical September averages near 33°C provide context, while the next IMD update and in-situ observations will clarify whether steering patterns or convective activity shift the outcome toward the current leading range.
