Democratic Rep. Lois Frankel secured the nomination for Florida’s 23rd Congressional District after winning her August 18 primary with nearly 75% of the vote against challengers focused on generational change and PAC-free campaigns. Mid-decade redistricting signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis shifted the seat entirely within Palm Beach County, producing a clear Democratic tilt reflected in Kamala Harris’s 2024 performance above 56% and nonpartisan ratings classifying it Solid or Safe Democratic. Frankel’s long tenure, fundraising edge exceeding $2 million, and local name recognition reinforce the position against Republican nominee Deborah Adeimy. Trader consensus prices in the structural lean and limited general-election competitiveness ahead of the November 3 vote, though late developments such as candidate health events or national shifts could still alter the outcome.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
