Incumbent Democrat Lois Frankel leads trader consensus at 74% implied probability to win Florida's 22nd Congressional District House seat, reflecting her consistent 55% victories over Republican Dan Franzese in 2022 and 2024 in this D+4 Cook PVI district, which Kamala Harris carried by 5 points last cycle. Solid Democratic ratings from Cook Political Report, Sabato's Crystal Ball, and others underscore the structural edge, with no retirement signals despite her age. Republicans face a fragmented August 18 primary among eight candidates, including past nominee Franzese and big self-funder Herbert Wertheim, diluting opposition early. Recent March fundraising shows Frankel's $1.46 million cash on hand competitive against GOP totals, while a Democratic poll last week highlighting statewide tight races has not shifted district-specific dynamics.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
