**Current short-range forecasts from multiple meteorological sources converge on a daytime high of 22–25°C for Munich on September 2, 2026, with afternoon peaks most often projected near 24°C under partly cloudy skies and light northwesterly winds.** This aligns closely with the climatological average high of 22°C for the date and explains the market’s heavy weighting toward 24–26°C outcomes (combined implied probability exceeding 95%). Model consensus shows stable high pressure maintaining mild late-summer conditions without significant advection of warmer subtropical air or strong cold fronts in the immediate forecast window. Low precipitation risk (generally under 10%) and modest diurnal ranges further support a narrow distribution around these values rather than extremes. Recent model runs have shown little day-to-day shift, keeping trader sentiment anchored to the observed forecast cluster rather than outlier scenarios. Updated guidance from agencies such as the DWD or ECMWF in the next 24–48 hours remains the key near-term catalyst that could refine these probabilities.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=eddm
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event which there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
